Terms of Use

Clear rules for using Arezgit, managing your account, and using the complete free workspace.

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use apply when you access the Arezgit websites, blog, downloads, desktop application, account features. By using Arezgit, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Who may use Arezgit

You may use Arezgit if you can legally enter into this agreement where you live. If you use Arezgit for a company or another organization, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.

3. What Arezgit provides

Arezgit is a desktop workspace for Git and related development tasks. Every published feature is available for free. No subscription or paid license is required.

You may use Arezgit for personal, educational, open-source, and commercial development, subject to these terms.

4. Your account

Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details and devices secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly tell us that it may have been accessed without permission.

You can review and close active sessions from the account page. Contact support if you need help recovering or protecting your account.

5. Free access

All Arezgit features are free, including AI integrations, advanced development tools, and themes. Arezgit does not charge subscriptions, license fees, or token fees. An account is optional for local work.

6. Offline use and updates

Local features can be used offline. When a connection is available, Arezgit checks for updates and downloads the latest compatible release automatically. Installation waits for a safe opportunity to restart. Network failures do not disable local work.

AI providers and other external services may charge under their own terms. Any token charges are paid directly to that provider, never to Arezgit.

7. Your work remains yours

You keep ownership of your repositories, code, files, notes, requests, and other work used with Arezgit. Using the product does not transfer ownership of that work to Arezdev.

Arezgit helps you review and perform development tasks, but you decide what to apply, commit, send, publish, or delete. Review important changes and keep appropriate backups. Suggestions, generated content, and automated checks should be reviewed before you rely on them.

8. Services you choose to connect

Optional services such as code hosts, AI providers, databases, and APIs have their own terms, prices, limits, and availability. You are responsible for having permission to use those services and for reviewing actions that affect them.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use Arezgit to:

  • Break the law or access accounts, repositories, devices, data, or systems without permission.
  • Create or distribute malware, harmful content, or fraudulent activity.
  • Interfere with the service or another person’s use of it.
  • Bypass access controls or security protections.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Arezgit except where we have given written permission.
  • Misuse the Arezgit name, logo, or other protected materials.

10. Arezgit ownership

Arezdev and its licensors own Arezgit, including the application, websites, original content, branding, and related services. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the released product. They do not transfer ownership or grant a right to redistribute source code or branding, except where applicable law expressly allows otherwise.

11. Product changes and availability

We may update Arezgit to improve the product, maintain compatibility, address safety or legal requirements, and add or change features. Some features may depend on your operating system or a service you choose to connect.

We aim to keep online services available, but occasional maintenance, failures, or events outside our control may interrupt them. We will use reasonable care to restore affected services and communicate material changes when appropriate.

12. Ending access

You may stop using Arezgit at any time and may request account deletion. We may limit or suspend account-based services when reasonably necessary because of unlawful use, fraud, harm to others, a serious breach of these terms, or a legal requirement. When appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Sections that by their nature should continue after use ends, including ownership, responsibility for prior actions, and applicable limits of liability, remain in effect.

13. Responsibility and legal rights

Arezgit is provided with reasonable care and is designed to support your development decisions. It does not replace appropriate review, testing, backups, or professional judgment. You remain responsible for deciding when your work is ready to use or publish.

To the extent allowed by law, Arezdev is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses caused by use of Arezgit. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or any responsibility that cannot legally be limited.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product or legal requirements change. Material updates will be communicated appropriately and will show a new effective date. Continuing to use Arezgit after updated terms take effect means you accept them, where permitted by law.
